The companies Önallar İnşaat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and Önallar Grup A.Ş., which are affiliated with the Önallar family, began their commercial activities in 1990 in Istanbul as Önal Tekstil ve İnşaat San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., which was founded by Mehmet Önal.
Over the years, the family separated from the textile sector and continued their commercial activities in the fields of construction, architecture, engineering, and natural gas. During their period of activity in Istanbul, they carried out domestic branch construction works for corporate companies such as Domino's Pizza branches, Jolly Tourism Agencies, and Anıtur Tourism Agencies. They also carried out residential projects in the Pendik and Tuzla districts of Istanbul.
Additionally, they continue to undertake construction projects in Giresun, Istanbul, and Bodrum.
