As the Data Controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we provide the following information regarding the protection of your personal data to fulfill our obligation to inform under Article 10 of the KVKK.

The purpose of processing and transferring personal data includes providing information about the projects that you are interested in and offering you products and services related to these projects, conducting necessary work to benefit from such products and services, customizing the products and services offered by our company according to your preferences, usage habits and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and the individuals who have business relations with our company, determining the commercial and business strategies of our company, and carrying out authorized marketing activities. Personal data belonging to the categories specified below are collected and processed physically or electronically for these purposes.

Additionally, your data may be processed on servers located domestically or abroad of the cloud service providers we use for our operational activities.

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the retention periods specified in the relevant legal regulations or for the period required by the processing purposes mentioned above and will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK after that period.

Your personal data is processed and stored in environments where they are not exposed to unauthorized access, loss, or damage, and may be encrypted when necessary, only accessible to authorized persons, and processed in accordance with other necessary information security measures, with the condition that they are not used outside the declared purpose and scope.
